• Graduates (Bachelor and/or Master) from university or applied science university in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, machine technology, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• Completed university studies before the start date, 1 October 2021.
• Less than two years of professional work experience by the start date, 1 October 2021.
• Excellent knowledge of English; fluency or proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Analytical and target-oriented thinking and acting.
• Determined and solution-focused personality.
• Inquisitive, open-minded, and communicative team player with excellent ability to collaborate.
• Strong self-initiative and self-awareness.
