Opis stanowiska

What this position is about - Purpose:

The fast evolution of the digital age has left all generations within JTI at varying levels of understanding of how and what to secure on the internet which leaves them vulnerable to cybercrime, which can impact them at home and at work. If you join us, you will focus on identity and access management to ensure that security measures around the IAM are designed adequately and commensurate with control requirements. You will experience plenty of people interactions – with IT teams, business partners and users. You will work as part of the Information Security team based in Warsaw.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • You will capture security requirements at project inception to ensure proper information security measures
  • Lead support with conceptual security requirements during the application functional design
  • Support the design of security architecture and synchronization with JTI’s landscape
  • Lead the promotion for an information security culture, best practices
  • Drive the development of relationships and collect inputs from stakeholders as well as lead resolution of issues
  • Ensure and verify the documentation of business processes covered by each business application role is maintained
  • Ensure application roles adhere to architectural requirement and remain aligned to business processes.
  • Contribute to Role Based Access Control model design as the response to the business needs
  • Lead knowledge transfer among various stakeholders to keep them abreast of initiatives
  • Create and maintain a knowledge database containing articles, illustrating best practices.
  • Develop training packages related to application security, organize or conduct training sessions
  • Manage projects effectively and timely in terms of communication, inform about potential delays
  • Manage process of request approval, specification, development, documentation and testing
  • Setup and operate the CIAM (OKTA) consumer identity platform
  • OKTA integration with SailPoint
  • Liaise with the DIGITAL team to ensure alignment for e-commerce releases to new markets and / or platform enhancements
  • Recommend security measures; in particular design for administering consumer identities and measures governing security procedures
  • Develop and configure the corporate identity management solution (Sailpoint IIQ) based on the strategy defined by the information security management team
  • Maintain and support the corporate identity management solution (Sailpoint IIQ)

Wymagania

  • have at least 3-years working experience in Identity and Access Management area experiences with SailPoint IIQ will be at plus
  • have configuration experience in IAM and/or CIAM (consumer identity platform) workflows design
  • have experience in integration between PAM / IAM / CIAM systems
  • have experience in planning and executing security and authorization cutover activities to support successful projects go lives
  • have knowledge about application administration, test procedures and test scenarios
  • have working knowledge of ITIL
  • cyber security experience would be an asset
  • working knowledge and experience with Service Now would be an asset
  • speak and write English 
  • are able to listen and understand problems and questions from end-users
  • are able to work collaboratively cross-functionally and as a part of a strong team also under pressure situations
  • are analytically skilled and detail-oriented
  • Following certifications will be an asset: CISM, CISA, TOGAF
  • Training or experiences in following areas would be an asset: SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, AD/Azure AD administration, LINUX, ServiceNow
