Opis stanowiska

PMO activities:

Onboarding/offboarding of external consultants, administrative tasks related to consultants hiring, managing contractors database, preparing simply monthly reports (excel).
Being the first point of contact for vendor representatives for onboarding/ technical problems.
Ad hoc slide preparations for managers.
Updating SharePoint with change requests data (support for release manager and service owner)

Wymagania

English on a communicative level (in oral & writing)
Active Student Status
Excel basic knowledge on sorting data, pivot etc.
Ability to prepare presentations (PowerPoint)
Open-minded & proactive
Willingness to self-develop
Previous internship in corporation or in administrative tasks – nice to have
