Opis stanowiska
- Coordination of tenders/ Tender process/ Involvement in tender where tendering needs to be improved / Cross boarder tender eg. Rail extension and supporting implementation;
- Transportation Material Group Strategies;
- Connection between global und cluster regarding strategic direction in the procurement area/ Setting standards in procurement
- Connecting cluster Eastern Europe with other clusters – especially Cluster Central Europe and Cluster South Europe / Implementing, supporting global topics for cluster (implement pilot projects in cluster for global topics);
- Defining & training negotiation skills in global and cluster.
Wymagania
- Experience in big forwarding company/ knowledge business of forwarding company;
- High level training and experience in procurement and negotiation area;
- Mobility within BSH Logistics organization for job rotation (within Europe);
- Proven leadership skills (managerial & project);
- Experience in collaboration between departments within global companies;
- Language skills: fluent Polish and English;
