Opis stanowiska

Admin scope, team-related tasks
Responding to all employee (customer) inquiries via email
Support in preparation of reports
Solving Fixit requests
Carrying out audits (of space, lockers and cabinets).
Taking care of IT equipment, reporting etc
Other activities as per needs

Wymagania

Active student status
Proficient in business English (B2)
Basic IT technical skills
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have admin experience
Availability: min. 20 h/week
