Opis stanowiska

Scope of the role:
This role focuses on assisting more senior analysts in the team in their daily duties to support all types of events throughout the life cycle of an investment fund, data maintenance and automation and ad-hoc projects. This role also offers a unique chance to work in a truly global environment on daily basis, to communicate with professionals located all over the world, in a team handles some of the core operations of the company.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team on key projects related to investment vehicle’s lifecycle
  • Researching, analyzing, and verifying information related to market regulations and registration requirements, and inputting input information into internal databases
  • Preparing documentation and instructions necessary to maintain the registration of FT funds on foreign markets and to ensure that all required accounts are accurately opened for investment in a timely manner
  • Communicating with our business environment (banks, brokers and local regulators) with help of more senior team members
  • Participating in projects focused on improving existing processes and data automation(intern will have an opportunity to work with Xceptor, Alteryx, Power Automate and other dedicated applications, such as Saphyre)

Wymagania

  • Current student status and availability for 25-30 hours per week
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate in professional manner and interact with people at all corporate levels
  • Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize own work and cope with pressure of time and volumes,
  • Capable of following procedures, processes and directions given by others, but with open mind and good dose of critical thinking,
  • Ability to read and prepare legal documents is a plus,
  • Proven interest in financial markets, investment business, project management is a plus,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Alteryx, Power Bi, Xceptor and other data automation tools are nice to have, but not necessary
