About this opportunity

Welcome to the Loro Team in Payment Services department. We add value by daily cash management service towards financial ins. As the Process Specialist/ Senior Process Specialist, you will play a valuable role in operating and enabling Nordea's customers to use our service with main focus on being one point of entry of financial institutions. You will work for TxB Banks ( Transaction Banking) and support different tasks.

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
• Coordination of different questionnaires from customers in cooperation with the sales team
• Leading/supporting different projects and initiatives leading to increased efficiency and/or increased revenues for Nordea
• Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
• Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark
• Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures

You will join a team consisting of vigorous, young, but experienced people who are eager to cooperate. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

• Graduated at least a secondary school
• Relevant work experience with Payments and /or cash management
• Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Proficiency in excel and knowledge in other data tools would be an added value
• Analytical mind
