Opis stanowiska

Managing T&E REU activities for the team of 6 people
Managing global tasks including functional responsibility for employees from other GBS hubs if available
Operational involvement in replacements
Taking care of relations with customers, establishing regular contact with countries
Responsibility for quality and efficiency regarding the service in scope
Stimulating creativity and implementing improvements in T&E area

Wymagania

Knowledge in Accounting and Finance, 1 -2 years of experience in AP
Hands on experience with SAP, Concur and MS Office
Advanced command of English, additional language will be an asset, esp. German
Readiness to learn and gain new experience
Good communication skills and proactive approach
High level of independent style of working, taking over the initiative and responsibility
