About this opportunity

Welcome to the Debt Collection team. We are an integral part of the value-chain handling default and impaired engagements on behalf of Personal Banking and Business Banking. We add value by staying pro-active and securing the highest recovery rate at each stage in the debt collection process. As the (Junior) Process Officer with Swedish, you’ll play a valuable role in establishing relationships and cooperating with partners and stakeholders in Sweden.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring sustainability of the process and deliver in respect of agreed service level
• Actively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
• Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures
• Identifying and proposing improvement areas within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency, and to reduce operational risk and cost
• Representing the unit professionally in order to create good reputation of Nordea
• Working within Scandinavian environment

You’ll join a high skilled team, collaborate with our stakeholders in the international finance industry and increase your knowledge with the Banking sector. You will be involved in variety of tasks and projects providing high performance for various business areas which create Nordea Future Banking industry. The role is based in Łódź, Warsaw and Gdańsk.

Your experience and background: 

• English and Swedish language on good level (at least B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No previous banking experience required
• Very good communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks in a changing international environment
