About this opportunity

Welcome to the Internal Custody team. We add value by supporting our customers in tax, proxy and corporate action events activities. As Assistant Service Operations Officer / Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in providing agreed level of service to our clients.
 

What you’ll be doing:

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Collaboration with stakeholders and clients.

Providing services according to Service Level Agreement.

Support clients in corporate action and income processes on Swedish market.

Participating in internal projects in Trading & Custody Services area.

Developing and maintaining a good banking product knowledge to be able to understand and serve customer's businesses and prospects.

Your experience and background:  

Advanced English skills (both oral and written)

Knowledge\experience from settlement\corporate action area will be an asset

Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset

Analytical, strong problem-solving and organizational skills
