Process Automation

• Manage process analysis aimed to discover potential for process automation;
• Foster innovation mindset among GBS Delivery teams;
• Support GBS directors and managers in building pipeline of automation ideas;
• Proactively manager demand of automation projects from GBS perspective;
• Build Automation Business cases, and presents them to respective approval committees;
• Manage GBS SME capacity through implementation of Process Automation.

Alignment with IT BTS Automation Lead

• Act as Single Point of Contact to IT BTS Automation Lead through analysis and implementation of Automation Projects;
• Aligns potential GBS Automation idea with IT BTS strategy;
• Supports IT BTS Automation Lead in choosing appropriate technology by providing business insights.

Citizen Automation

• Prepare and implement Citizen Automation program along with IT BTS Automation Lead;
• Provide continuous governance over Citizen Automation program;
• Manage pipeline of Citizen Automation ideas from GBS perspective

VBA Macros Management

• Manage repository of VBA Macros across all functions from Business Perspective;
• Manage transition of VBA Macros to RPA and other technologies;
• Support IT BTS in relations with external providers in the are of VBA maintenance.

Change Management

• Provide Change Management support to BTS by applying and aligning tools and techniques described in playbook;
• Work closely with CMC Team during projects and execute any communication indicated by CMC;
• Work closely with BTS CMC Team to execute relevant CMC activities during implementation projects.

• University degree (e.g., in Economics or Business Administration, IT, Engineering or Science)
• 7-9 years of experience in GBS organization or 3-5 experience in consultancy with proven track of excelling in roles requiring independence and proactiveness in addition to exemplary organizational and risk management skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken); good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong level of business acumen of GBS type organization and related function(s)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build strong relationships and navigate matrix environment.
• Enthusiasm and can do attitude.
• Ability to act both independently and as a part of bigger project team.
• Experience in coordinating big projects - building project charters, tracking towards completion, identifying and raising risks, collecting relevant information, setting up and facilitating meetings, collating relevant reports etc.
• Knowledge of LEAN, SixSigma, Agile principles.
• Very good understanding of process automation principles
• Basic understanding of automation tools design and codding
• Ability to build bridges and manage change
• Ability to assess resources and capabilities required for successful completion of the project
• Strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Very good command of MS Excel and MS Visio.
• Experience with ServiceNow will be an asset.
