Our Team, as part of Consumer Support Department, provides specific User Access assistance for the employees working in ABB Service Hubs, especially for the functions Finance, Controlling and Human Resources.
The mission is to support fast delivery of accesses to all Systems and tools used by this population and to ensure high IS Compliance; we are constantly working on Continuous Improvement to standardize and simplify User Access Processes.
Being part of our team means to be able to build strong networking relationships with a lot of stakeholders: Service Hub Management, ABB Functions, IS Services and Internal Control teams.
