Opis stanowiska

Our Team, as part of Consumer Support Department, provides specific User Access assistance for the employees working in ABB Service Hubs, especially for the functions Finance, Controlling and Human Resources.

The mission is to support fast delivery of accesses to all Systems and tools used by this population and to ensure high IS Compliance; we are constantly working on Continuous Improvement to standardize and simplify User Access Processes.

Being part of our team means to be able to build strong networking relationships with a lot of stakeholders: Service Hub Management, ABB Functions, IS Services and Internal Control teams.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of people focused in supporting User Access request for a population of more than 1000 employees working in KRK Service Hub
  • Define performance objectives of the team in line with the KPIs and targets agreed at higher organizational level
  • Manage User Access Support operations in Europe, with direct involvement in all main processes
  • Be a bridge between Local Hub Team needs and Country operations (Front Office and ERP Teams)
  • Apply continual improvement methodology to simplify/standardize processes and procedures related with User Access to different country Systems and tools
  • Be responsible of IS Compliance by managing User Access quarterly Reviews performed in SARA Next
  • Be able to conduct projects related to the standardization of SAP Roles that will be employed to perform the activities in ABB Service Hubs
  • Work in an international team and communicate in English on daily basis.

Wymagania

Your background

  • At least 3 to 4 years of managing and supporting User Access Process based on different procedures, using different tools and in a complex, multinational environment
  • Good expertise in managing User Access through SAP and GRC systems
  • Sound knowledge of activities related with Finance operations
  • Knowledge of SARA Next User Access Platform
  • Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma fundamentals
  • Previous experience in Managing small Teams
  • Knowledge of ITIL Structure and Process
  • Good capability with Data Analysis (Excel proficiency)
