Opis stanowiska
The IT Process Owner for Consumer Hardware Services is responsible for boosting productivity and satisfaction of employees and external customers by ensuring the effective and efficient use of end user hardware lifecycle management processes in ABB worldwide. The person in this role will support the development of a strategy for integrating and aligning people, processes, and technology for Consumer Hardware Lifecycle Management, making use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize process performance and drive continuous improvement. They will be accountable for managing organizational tools, processes, policies, standards, and guidelines for Consumer Hardware Lifecycle Management, and for ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies. The role also includes implementing and monitoring of controls, and regular review of tools, processes, procedures, and reports to identify and address any risks or non-conformities.
Your responsibilities
- Is accountable for Consumer Hardware Lifecycle Management processes making it easier to order and deliver hardware to consumers and maximize its usage.
- Manages standards, policies, and guidelines for consumer hardware processes, to ensure its interfaces with other processes and services are well defined.
- Gives input for development of IS internal standards. Ensures that process interfaces are defined. Reviews process documentation quarterly.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of consumer hardware processes.
- Build partnership with all relevant stakeholders to monitor that the consumer hardware process is continuously improving and kept up to date.
- Implements improvement plans designed to meet or exceed customer requirements in the consumer hardware area.
- Ensure the Consumer Hardware Lifecycle is compliant and has the proper controls in place.
Wymagania
Your background
- Master’s Degree in IT, Process Management or related preferred.
- Above 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Process Management.
- Experience working with Workplace services, consumer hardware and supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum Yellow belt Six Sigma certified.
- Passionate about Consumer Experience (CX).
- Proven bias for fast, data driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge in processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Deep understanding of consumer needs.
- Fully knowledgeable of ITGC controls.
