Opis stanowiska

You will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition & Talent Advancement function, partnering with the business and HR leaders, focusing on Employer Branding, Early Talent Initiatives and Events in Poland. Reporting to the global University Relations, Early Talents and Employer Branding Manager and in constant contact with the Talent Acquisition HUB Lead and rest of the global team, you will drive energizing initiatives, attracting the best candidates in line with Global and business strategies.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Based on business needs, develop a consistent and innovative plan on how to be more visible as employer of choice for students and graduates in Poland, with particular focus on STEM fields, creating solid engagement opportunities
  • Project manage internal and external initiatives (eg. Events, campus engagement, scholarships, social media campaigns, articles, etc) to improve the brand of ABB as an employer.
  • Maintain a solid connection with universities and students’ associations in Poland.
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and develop sourcing and attraction strategies for key categories.
  • Manage the local ABB Talent Ambassadors community, actively involving them in our exciting activities.
  • Branding: Make sure the ABB Employer Brand is correctly deployed in all relevant digital or offline career channels.
  • Manage the given budget and keep a constant open line with the business colleagues to create synergies and collaborate

Wymagania

Your background

  • Degree in Business/HR/Communications related fields and experience in Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international corporation.
  • Experience with branding and communications, developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the Polish talent market and university network.
  • End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects.
  • Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders;
  • Very good communication skills, strong customer service orientation and team spirit.
  • Professional Polish and English knowledge, both written and oral.
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive;
