ABB IS Integration Services team, within the Technology & Innovation Domain, is looking for an IS Operations Manager to manage and support the Biztalk integration platform as one of the key global integration technologies. Application landscape includes connections to SAP and OMS (Order Management System) related integrations. In this role, the successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for delivering and supporting Integration Services, taking end to end responsibility for the operational aspects of the BizTalk, SAP and OMS support and maintenance, having significant contribution into the current and future Services delivered to the business. It is a great opportunity to participate in shaping complex environment of advanced corporate systems, cooperating with experts from all over the world in tackling challenges and driving opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining Operational effectiveness of the service by strong collaboration with Application Support delivery partners, establishing, driving and improving the delivery of service SLAs/OLAs, KPIs and Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure strong process framework (management and optimization of existing processes) and documentation (maintenance and update of the service knowledge base), as well as communication with business stakeholders
  • Coordination of works executed by application operations team (BizTalk, OMS, SAP), infrastructure and development teams (internal and external) in ensuring high level of quality and availability
  • CSI enabler for both reactive and proactive improvements
  • Accountability for the resolution of any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on the relevant IS application
  • Maintaining good relations with stakeholders, providing regular status updates/health checks to main business representatives
  • Building and maintaining relationship with vendors
  • Support in cost estimates and project plans for the applications or integration platforms in scope; Support of application budget execution

Wymagania

Your background

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a global, large IT organization with matrix structure (minimum 5 years of experience)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in BizTalk technology , SAP and Order Management processes
  • Experience in integration services build-up and transition activities
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising internal and external teams
  • Good understanding of ITIL (ITIL v4 certification or similar) and “Service Integration and Management” (SIAM) concepts
  • Strong Project/Process/IT Services and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Knowledge and practical experience with ticketing system (i.e. ServiceNow), Azure DevOps and Agile methodology
  • Fluent English
