The core purpose of a Business Analyst is to understand the business needs expressed towards a particular project/service in order to best translate them into functional specifications and collaborate with the development team in order to deliver solutions matching the business needs and fitting in with the business processes that the IS solutions are to support.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing and documenting business process, proposing solutions, defining impact on existing landscape of systems. Working on system integrations
• Cooperating with Business stakeholders to establish scope of the work and product backlog (elicit, analyze, document and refine requirements)
• Working on a shared understanding between application team and stakeholders
• Defining acceptance criteria. Managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers
• Validating developed solution
• Gathering feedback from stakeholders and end users
• Managing Knowledge Database (Sharepoint and ServiceNow knowledge is a plus)
• Promoting the Signavio solution across the organization
• Assisting in application roll-outs
• Supporting incident and problem resolution
• Involved in Continuous Service Improvement process
• Working independently on the assigned tasks and driving them from start to completion

Your background

• Master’s Degree, preferably in Economy, Computer Science or related technical field
• Minimum 3 year business/functional analyst experience in ERP area
• Minimum 3 year of experience with solutions related to financial systems
• Practical experience in requirements analysis, management and change management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in work in virtual teams
• Business process mapping, modeling, mining related experience is a plus
