Opis stanowiska

In this role, Manager, Center of Expertise – Logistics (CoE-L), you lead the inbound and outbound end-to-end transportation operations of the Central Europe Motion Business Area with full respon-sibility for the development, implementation, and running of safe, compliant, and sustainable oper-ations. Key focus is to improve customer experience and enable profitable growth.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for directing and overseeing transportation, and customs related operations within a business area.
  • Create guidelines, goals, checkpoints, and objectives for team members to improve efficiency while providing support and motivation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data to evaluate performance and implement im-provements actions.
  • Develop collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Develop new initiatives and look for new ways to optimize transportation service offering.
  • Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
  • Competence development of CoE-L team and stakeholders.

Wymagania

Your background

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in transport, trade, and logistics management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
  • Expertise in influencing others to support change management.
  • TMS operations, implementation, and/or configuration experience.
  • Substantial experience from working in a multinational environment and navigating complex organizational set-ups.
