Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a professional, to fulfil the position of HR IS Operations Manager for the Global HR System in our HR IS HRGT team. You will collaborate with an international team that delivers services to ABB IS customers. As a HR IS Operations Manager you will be a member of the HRGT team (supporting global HR system) and you will support maintenance services being delivered by 3rd party supplier(s) and also serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific sub-systems. In this role you will be reporting to IS Service Owner for HRGT.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting management of 3rd party supplier in day-to-day delivery of maintenance services
  • Reviewing and controlling quality of service on operational level: review of statistics and performance reports, checking measures (SLAs, KPIs, CSATs, etc.), periodical checks of quality of tickets
  • Coordinating resolution of high severity incidents and service problems. Participating in identifying and proposing implementation of corrective actions and improvements
  • Organizing and facilitating operational meetings with supplier(s), internal ABB IS team(s) and HR IS colleagues to properly coordinate operational and support activities
  • Supporting Service Owner in managing SaaS solutions
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for some of the global HR applications/solutions - understanding how systems work and what support procedures are in place for them
  • Preparing and maintaining operational documentation (including ServiceNow catalog structure) and know-how for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services

Wymagania

Your background

  • IT Professional with technical background and at least 3 years of experience in support roles
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL processes (i.e. incident, knowledge, problem, change management)
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Strong team player with ability to work with little supervision
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (English), good organizational, time management and decision-making skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving attitude and attention to details
  • Understanding how managed services model works is a plus
