Opis stanowiska

In this role you will develop and implement plans and programs for internal and external communications within Motion Traction (MOTRA) to support the division growth ambitions and strategy. This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB Offices in Romania or Poland.

Your responsibilities

  • Propose, develop, and implement communications programs, including messages, publicity, web content, and marketing automation to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.
  • Ensure effective cascade across the organization through vertical and horizontal collaboration as well as internal and external audiences, supervising and managing production and supplier relations.
  • Develop and execute of Traction related Marketing communications concepts and programs to engage various stakeholders as per the business strategy. Work closely with business representatives, including marketing and sales, to ensure content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs at business level.
  • Coordinate and implement the annual Marketing communications editorial calendar, content and storyline through all communication channels and materials to establish coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity.
  • Create and maintain the communications materials for Traction, which may include, but are not limited to internal articles, success stories, case studies, press releases, customer presentations, scripts, podcasts, market collateral, etc.
  • Ensure positioning and impact of the Traction related content in global internal and external communications channels in support of the business and business line strategy.
  • Through the communications, help to position ABB and Traction as a recognized thought leader with a reputation for delivering real, tangible customer value in segment(s) and through the portfolio.
  • Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve communications effectiveness across various media and channels. Maintain effective measurement and monitoring workflow for Traction Marketing communications.
  • Engage and collaborate with regions/countries for regional/country to ensure they understand the programs that are in development, the timing of those programs, and the content that will be available.
  • Ensure they have the content required to effectively implement the program in their region/country on a timely basis.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Solid experience in communications or marketing communications in B2B environment
  • Proven performance in developing and delivering internal communications plans in a multinational environment
  • Good understanding of how the web works (web editing, analytics, SEO, etc.)
  • Knowledge of English with ability to write a press release or web story
  • Self-motivated with strong capability for independent direction and decision-making
