Opis stanowiska

In this role you will be responsible to provide a holistic support and service to the EL Marketing & Sales Organization on all P&R requirements. This role ensure Business needs are met while consistency on the way we reward our employees across the EL Business and ABB is ensured. This requires working transversally with his own EL P&R Team, but also with the broader P&R community and all stakeholders involved in a complex matrix organization (e.g. Business stakeholders, P&R community, HRBPs, HR Operations). The role will be expected to act as the subject matter expert on all P&R topics, but also specifically on Sales Incentive Plans as this role will support the Marketing & Sales Organization in the EL business. The role will also have responsibility for managing projects and leading on certain aspects of P&R for the respective business utilizing extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complex tasks. The role involves stakeholder management and great project management capabilities. You will be an integral part of the Electrification (EL) Business Performance and Reward (P&R) team and report to the EL Performance and Reward Head.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Performance and Reward (P&R) Partner to the EL Marketing and Sales Organization globally (US excluded)
  • Understand the overall business Strategy of the Marketing & Sales organizations and develop relevant Performance and Reward solutions to answer Business needs
  • Take responsibility for dedicated P&R activities and works closely with the business to understand their needs and ensure that these are being met in line with requirements of the core P&R policy and procedures
  • Facilitate and provide guidance to the business regarding the design of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)
  • Lead the roll-out of the whole SIP process at EL global level (US excluded) and propose process improvements
  • Provide market data and analytics to support the decision-making process
  • Typically Support Single-Cycle activities (Annual Salary Review, Annual Incentive Plans, Performance Management, LTIP etc.) in their respective business in collaboration with expert services and operations (part of Shared Services). Examples of this includes but are not limited to driving performance management process in the respective business. Run regular Performance Development Appraisal (PDA) reporting to ensure that individual targets and business KPIs are being properly implemented and develop initiatives to improve performance culture. Facilitating the respective Business’ annual salary planning and annual salary review (ASR) process in liaison with HRBPs, business leads, Finance, Labor Relations, and other ABB businesses. Support/ Guide the Business with Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) design, assignments.

Wymagania

  • Around 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of consulting and corporate background with experience in sales incentive plan
  • Ability to create a trust-based relationship with customers, understand their needs and translate them into workable solutions
  • Great project management/ planning capabilities. Ability to navigate complex matrix organization and deliver concrete outcome while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Great analytical skills and excel modeling skills
  • Great presentation on power point skills. Strategic/ out of the box thinking and at the same time hands-on
  • Positive mindset, flexible and solution oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
