Opis stanowiska

What will you do at JTI?

  • Lead projects of medium to high complexity in areas of sustainability, ensuring that the project meets the needs of the client through frequent communication with the client and gathering feedback.
  • Contribute to project team product development as a team member 
  • Facilitate project team reviews, manage work breakdown processes and estimates, update backlog, track progress, coordinate interactions and dependencies with other project teams
  • Foster agile ways of thinking and openness to new ways of working by acting as a change agent and leading by example
  • Work on proposals in your area of expertise, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of project colleagues
  • Work as a team member in projects and assignments that cover all competencies (in addition to their own expertise) in order to learn and further develop into a more comprehensive profile

Wymagania

  • you have 6-8 years of experience in the sustainability field
  • you have strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to plan, set milestones, prioritize and handle multiple tasks, make and keep commitments
  • you have a good attitude and assertiveness, with an excellent approach to teamwork and a proven ability to influence, coordinate and mobilize teams around common goals
  • you are results-oriented coupled with an understanding of how agile work methods can add value
  • you have the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work 
  • you have experience in developing sustainability upskilling programs is a plus
  • you have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • you are fluent in English 
  • you are fluent in MS Office
