In this role you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and IS solutions by gathering and analyze business requirements, assessing existing systems, and proposing improvements or new solutions. The Business Analyst collaborates with stakeholders and IT stakeholders, to guide the development or enhancements of the IT systems. The Business Analyst is also responsible for assisting testing, training and implementation processes, ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives and contribute to the overall organizational efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Creating a shared understanding between stakeholders and suppliers of applications.
• Performing business analyses to support decisions for new or changed solution/services in scope by collecting and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Creating functional and non-functional specification, backlog etc.
• Analyze and document business process, propose solutions, defining impact on existing landscape of systems, preparing adjust of data model and data flow.
• Creating user stories, definition of done and defining acceptance criteria.

• 2+ years of practical experience as business/system / functional/ data analyst in requirements analysis, analytical background, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience to translate business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions, ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices, methodologies and tools as well as Identity Access Management.
• Communication skills, active listening and critical thinking, ability to run several processes simultaneously. Knowledge of process mapping and tools supported this area e.g. Visio.
• Experience with working in Agile way, using Azure DevOps for backlog handling.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce CRM, Adobe Magento, Tacton, CPQ suites; Service solutions
• Ability to create, develop and evaluate practical solutions from complex topics with multiple stakeholder interests.
