We are looking for a Junior System Administration Specialist to join our Team in Krakow, Poland, where you’ll be working closely with our core systems, to configure and maintain our advanced SaaS order-to-cash solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Configure software e-commerce products and pricing based on input from Business Analyst
• Utilize Salesforce Experience Builder to create e-commerce Product Landing Pages
• Maintain product catalogs for subscription SaaS and other services
• Utilize developer tools to manage system configurations across multiple instances
• Administer Salesforce CRM and CPQ processes and configurations
• Assist QA Lead in testing business and technical workflows
• Support the preparation and delivery of client-facing system demonstrations

• Student of IT or other Technical field (preferably 3rd or 4th year)
• Strong grasp of IT principles, practices, and tools such as AzureDevops, Jira, or equivalent
• Exposure to cloud IT platforms in technical, operations, or QA capacities is advantageous
• Proactive and curious mindset
• Ability to work meticulously with a keen eye for precision
• Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 at minimum), capable of thriving in a global team environment
