Core Responsibilities:

• You will calculate and release commission fees to clients.
• You will coordinate with Transfer Agency and Sales to ensure timely, accurate fee setup and payments.
• You will investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• You will respond promptly to internal client inquiries.
• You will escalate unresolved issues.
• You will suggest improvements to reduce recurring exceptions.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• You will lead or support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
• You will provide insights to improve client experience and support distribution efforts.

Team & Collaboration

• You will collaborate with internal teams across regions.

• Experience in financial operations or Transfer Agency preferred.
• Proactive mindset in dynamic environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.

Shift: 8:00/10:00 – 16:30/18:30, 18-month contract
