Capgemini is a global major in value-added “Intelligent Supply Chain Operations” services for its clients. This is also a key focus area of organization growth. You will be part of a Practice team that plays a critical role in pre-sales and delivery of Supply Chain transformation through assessments, solution shaping and transformation projects for large multi-year services engagements.

YOUR TASKS:

• Pre-sales: Conducting opportunity assessments, building pitch collaterals and detailed solution proposals and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Delivery: Identify transformation opportunities and execute high-criticality transformational projects.
• Innovation: Building assets and knowledge capital.
• Contribute to both consulting and outsourcing projects, supporting long-term and new client engagements.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals.
• Thought leadership: Contributing to the development of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and best practices in supply chain transformation.

• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain areas like planning, order fulfillment, SC master data, and a specific focus on Logistics Execution and Transportation Management. In-depth knowledge of business processes in these areas is a must.
• Experience in large-scale, global transformation projects within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, high-level company financial to identify opportunities, develop insights and prepare business case.
• User knowledge of any one ERP and best of breed supply chain systems and digital tooling (including TMS systems).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Advanced knowledge would be a plus.
• Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.
