Opis stanowiska

Position Purpose: 

This is a global position within IT BTS LRA & CCO. The Process Expert Manager acts as a trusted partner between Data Privacy stakeholders and Digital & IT.

The role focuses on understanding business challenges, identifying practical technology solutions, coordinating delivery with IT and external partners, and ensuring that privacy-related applications, processes and services continue to meet business needs.

The position supports Data Privacy initiatives by helping embed privacy requirements into business and technology processes, while promoting efficient and compliant ways of working.

This is a relationship-driven role. Domain expertise is important but can be developed on the job. Success depends primarily on curiosity, collaboration, ownership and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

It is an exciting time to join the team as JTI is heading to implement new compliance processes linked to AI governance.

Position:

Business Partnership

  • Develop strong working relationships with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Information Security and business stakeholders
  • Understand business processes, challenges and privacy-related requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor on how technology can support privacy compliance and operational efficiency
  • Facilitate collaboration between business teams, privacy experts and IT

Application & Service Ownership

  • Support a portfolio of privacy-related applications and digital solutions
  • Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues, implement improvements and maintain service quality
  • Ensure applications remain aligned with business and privacy requirements
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and capabilities, including AI and Generative AI solutions, in line with company standards and governance requirements

Project & Change Delivery

  • Support delivery of technology initiatives impacting Data Privacy processes and controls
  • Coordinate activities across stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and project members
  • Support testing, documentation, training and deployment activities
  • Help manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize or automate privacy-related processes.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Support implementation of privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles where appropriate
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization activities
  • Identify practical opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to improve productivity, knowledge management, analysis, communication or user experience, while considering privacy, security and governance expectations

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Build strong partnerships across global and local teams
  • Share knowledge and best practices related to Data Privacy processes and supporting technologies
  • Support colleagues and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Promote awareness and adoption of agreed processes and solutions

Wymagania

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • 5+ years of professional experience working with IT and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with OneTrust and ServiceNow is a plus
  • Ability to build effective working relationships, communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and handle operational matters in a professional and constructive manner
  • Expertise in project management
