We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to work together with Nordic Units in order to align local procedures to the Nordic standards and solve tasks that require independent judgment and own decisions on how they should be solved. You will be responsible for supporting end users in case of IT failures or standard requests according to defined processes. This is an opportunity for you to act as first level support to all end users (single point of contact).

Opis stanowiska

You’ll join banking Operations Poland / Financial Flow Team, where we are supporting implementation of an application called N-Core, that will simplify product portfolio of Nordea and make things easier for our employees. We are cooperating closely with Core Banking Platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Investigating transactions in local Operations Processes
  • Matching transactions in SAP
  • Performing Flow Reconciliation
  • Occasionally supporting Danish processes

The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to a team Financial Flow, which is more than a team.

Your profile and background:

  • Excellent knowledge of local Operations Processes (accounts, savings, loans) and Legacy systems would be an advantage
  • English level at least B2
  • Ability and willingness to train colleagues
