Job Purpose
Acquiring new customers and expanding the existing database of UPS customers within one's segment and area, executed via phone services.
Main Tasks
• Conducting sales activities involving acquiring customers through phone communication
• Executing customer acquisition and care plans
• Managing and updating databases pertaining to acquired companies
Wymagania
- Qualifications
- Experience in working in a similar position is an asset
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to conduct sales calls over the phone
- Easy to establish contacts
- Result-oriented
- Proper diction
- Good work organization, accuracy, orderliness
- Knowledge of English is an additional asset
