Scope of the role:

HR Shared Services maximizes HR global efficiencies, creates capacity for the HR division, increases global consistency in process, and improves the customer experience across the enterprise. As the first point-of-contact for servicing the tier one needs of our clients, HR Shared Services provides a broad range of support for our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration support. As an Intern you will work in the HR Shared Services Europe department, where the focus will be on Time Tracking & Absence Management system, Benefits and Payroll administration. You will get a chance to work and learn more on Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management tool as well as on traditional benefits solutions delivered in our company e. g. Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the team in Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management process for Poland. o maintaining accurate for absence records o validating and collecting absence documentation o ensures accruals calculation is processed correctly
• Assisting the Benefit team with processing benefits enrollment, termination, changes and invoice processing
• Providing support for employees with inquiries by researching concerns, correcting errors, and answering questions on Poland Time Tracking & Absence Management System, Poland Benefits
• Performing audits about absences and benefits
• Preparing metrics and reporting
• Supporting the team in administrative tasks as requested
• Answers inquiries regarding employment verification • Support implementing process improvements as appropriate

We are looking for candidates who (have):

• Student status (Human Resources, Administration preferred)
• Very good English
• Possesses the analytical skills, attention to details and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner with "Can do" approach and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand, adapt, and respond effectively to a constantly changing environment
• Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
• Very good command of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• The availability to work 30 hours per week
