Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Take advantage of your university experience helping us to build a campus recruitment strategy for Philips. You will work closely with experienced recruiters, supporting them in recruitment processes and employer branding activities.

You are responsible for

· Preparing job descriptions

· Publishing job offers in different portals

· Managing pipelines of candidates

· Supporting Campus in logistic operations: mainly in organizing job fairs, workshops and lectures for students

· Participating in brainstorm meetings - every idea is more than welcome!

· Supporting the activity of Intern Community at Philips

Wymagania

· A student with availability to work at least 25-30 hours/ week

· Fluency in Polish and English is a must

· The most important for us would be your drive to learn, flexibility and interest for “soft HR”

· Good knowledge of Excel would be a plus
