GSS Budget Team creates an annual budget for Global Shareholder Services LOB, monitors operating expenses on a monthly basis and explains any budget deviations. In addition, we deal with a comprehensive cost and revenue analysis, supporting the decisionmaking processes of GSS senior leaders. We actively support the process of cost allocation and product profitability. GSS Budget Team regularly cooperate with other departments such as: Corp accounting, Payroll, Finance Budgeting and Planning.

Your responsibilities as (Senior) TA Analyst:

• Participating in the preparation of the annual GSS budget
• Participating in creating budget execution forecasts on a monthly basis
• Creating monthly budget reports
• GSS revenue monitoring and forecasting
• Taking part in activities related to the structure of cost centers and cost allocation methods
• Creating ad-hoc analysis
• Participating in creating new and improving existing reports and tools
• Actively participating in building a positive image of the Team and maintaining positive relations with internal customers

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, management or mathematical sciences
• At least 2 years of analytical experience is a must
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of English – spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent customer service focus
