We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to work together with Nordic Units in order to align local procedures to the Nordic standards and solve tasks that require independent judgment and own decisions on how they should be solved. You will be responsible for supporting end users in case of IT failures or standard requests according to defined processes. This is an opportunity for you to act as first level support to all end users (single point of contact).

About this opportunity

Welcome to the RCS Internal Custody team. We add value by supporting our customers in tax, proxy and corporate action events activities. As the Assistant Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in providing agreed level of service to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and clients
  • Assisting our clients in process of reclaiming double taxation from Tax Authorities
  • Handling disclosures and voting on the global market
  • Supporting clients in corporate action processes
  • Participating in internal projects in Retail & Corporate Services area
  • Developing and maintaining a good banking product knowledge to be able to understand and serve customer's businesses and prospects

  • Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
  • Analytical, strong problem-solving and organizational skills
