Your experience and background:
- You have a strong background in building and scaling Project Portfolio Management capabilities across different project delivery methodologies – Agile, Waterfall, hybrid etc.
- Proven ability managing a portfolio of change initiatives that successfully support organisational goals and strategic priorities
- Solid experiences and interest in financial services, delivering operational efficiencies and digitalisation solutions
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, preferably in financial services industry
- A good understanding of change/transformation programmes and project delivery
- Solid business acumen in the banking context
- The ability to find answers by confidently reaching out to stakeholders including senior executives
- Have the courage to escalate when needed and resolve issues in great manner
- Strong communication skills & analytical ability and a proactive approach
- Fluent proficiency in English
