Opis stanowiska

The Process Innovation & Automation Manager supports the delivery of automation and innovation initiatives across Shared Services, contributing to operational efficiency and digital transformation. The role exists to identify automation opportunities, support solution design and deployment (leveraging RPA and Gen AI), and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Working under the guidance of the Process Innovation & Automation Lead, the Manager collaborates with process owners, operations teams, and IT to drive automation projects, promote user adoption, and build automation capabilities across the organization.

Success in this position requires market knowledge and experience, excellent analytical capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and implement them.

What will you do – key responsibilities:

KPI Development & Implementation

  • Consult with GBS units to identify relevant KPIs aligned with strategic goals and apply industry-standard KPIs across various organizational levels (executive, managerial, operational)
  • Collaborate with Performance and Insights Department to help implementing performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms

Leadership Support

  • Partner with G&PI Director and GBS Leadership Team to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare performance insights and recommendations for leadership meetings and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis

Process Automation Strategy

  • Identify opportunities for process automation across Shared Services and collaborate with process owners and operational teams to assess feasibility and impact of automation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for RPA and Gen AI deployment aligned with business priorities

Project Coordination & Deliver

  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports and coordinate between business and IT to drive automation initiatives, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement across smaller-scale projects
  • Collaborate with IT and developers to convert business needs into technical requirements; oversee project progress, manage risks, and ensure post-implementation support and continuous optimization

Upskilling & Change Enablement

  • Coordinate with D&IT change management & BTS the programs to increase automation awareness and capabilities among end users
  • Promote citizen development and support users in leveraging low-code/no-code tools where applicable and champion a culture of innovation and digital fluency across the organization

Performance Culture Enablement

  • Help in facilitating performance review discussions with delivery centers and operational teams
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability and provide coaching and training on performance management best practices

Change Management

  • Drive adoption of performance management tools and processes
  • Communicate the value of performance management across the organization, address resistance and foster engagement through tailored interventions

Wymagania

  • High standard of university degree
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience with a proven track record of performance management or/and automation, and a reputation for delivering high quality execution
  • Experience in communicating at WG2 and WG1 level and coordniation of several paralell initiatives is extremly important
  • Proven experience in implementing performance management frameworks (including performance culture), driving business consulting and automation projects, and supporting organizational development initiatives—particularly within delivery centers or operational teams
  • Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, with excellent communication and facilitation skills; skilled in influencing stakeholders at all levels and ensuring high-quality planning and execution of initiatives
