Opis stanowiska

We are looking for: 

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Active Sourcer

Your future role: 

  • Identification of candidates via LinkedIn and other sources/platforms, 
  • Candidate mapping, 
  • Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge, 
  • Written candidate approach via LinkedIn, 
  • Other tasks related to recruitment coordination, e.g. interview coordination and scheduling, recruitment admin (pre-Screening CVs, writing and posting Job ads, opening Job requisitions). 

Wymagania

  • A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field, 
  • 1+ years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting, 
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 
  • Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches and other sourcing channels, 
  • Knowledge of active sourcing techniques, sourcing tools, online databases, 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify key competencies in candidates, 
  • Flexibility and excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. 
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, proactivity, and strong work ethic. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Nice to have: 

  • Proficiency in German or French allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
