Opis stanowiska

Job description

  • Oversee employee inquiries related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive, managing the process from initial request to final resolution and communication
  • Validate employee data and perform salary benchmark calculations using dedicated tools, ensuring alignment with established guidelines
  • Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners and local HR departments to deliver a seamless, compliant and aligned process for all inquiries
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all process steps and actively contribute to refining the service and its guidelines
  • Support the coordination of external service providers and tools, including onboarding and training

Wymagania

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in an HR Shared Service Center, preferably in roles focused on data management, or as an HR Generalist is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (SAP experience is a significant advantage)
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to handle and interpret data accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
  • German language proficiency at B2 level or above is a strong advantage, as a significant portion of employee inquiries will originate from Germany
  • A foundational understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive is a strong plus, as this is an emerging area still being shaped across organizations
  • Familiarity with salary benchmarking tools or a willingness to quickly learn new systems
  • Interest in developing processes in a changing regulatory environment
  • A customer-focused mindset, adept at managing employee communications with empathy and professionalism
  • A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Dedicated to providing excellent service and driving process improvements
