In this role, you have the opportunity to:

To support and directly collaborate with Marketing Leader for CEE, by assisting her with different tasks and projects within the Personal Health and Health System businesses. This position will enable you to build a broader view on marketing strategy & execution and learn how international projects are managed. If you enjoy marketing, analysis, or administration areas, but you are still not decided which direction to pursue, this role is for you!

You are responsible for:

• Calendar management; organizing and scheduling meetings and other events
• Supervising the event calendar for whole CEE region
• Supporting events’ organization
• Tracking and overviewing budget processes
• Preparing reports and some basic inputs
• Daily support is some other, ad-hoc projects

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Graduate or student of last year at Master studies
• Very good communication skills both in English and Polish
• Great organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• Analytical skills, willingness to learn and work
• Interesting in marketing will be an advantage
• Possibility to work full-time (40 hours/week)
