Opis stanowiska

design, configure, administrate and enhance Global Travel Security and Safety application
maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the JTI Travel Security and Aviation Safety programs and tools
assist in developing & maintaining Travel Security and Safety procedures, guidelines
assist regional Corporate Security teams in conducting travel related risk assessments, preparing security and safety risk analysis reports and running briefings for business travelers, ensuring that appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place
provide workshops, training, instructions and everyday support to employees on use of the global Travel Security and Safety platform and matters related to travel security
promote safe and secure business travel for JTI employees, including company Excom and business travelers in high and extreme risk environments
manage day to day engagement with the company designated travel security and safety service providers, international counterparts, aviation authorities
assist in managing travel Security and Safety related incidents, events and threats worldwide

Wymagania

You as a Professional:

possess at least 5 years’ experience in security, IT, big data analysis related functions and demonstrated capabilities to analyze open-source information, including geopolitical and travel related risks
have solid experience in compiling analytical reports, development of matter-related recommendations and guidelines
advanced computer skills, including IT systems administration, databases compilation and maintenance, big data analysis
demonstrate strong presentation skills, you can deliver workshops/trainings and engage audience in your presentations
speak English fluently and other language(s) as a plus

possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills
are business minded individual, who can implement plans effectively and is ready to engage in tactical operations when required
can handle multiple tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail with changing levels of priority
act with flexibility, reliability, resourcefulness to solve problems in a creative and effective way
have ability to balance appropriately between independent action and referring issues to supervisors
are a strong communicator, capable of building and keeping trustworthy relationships across organization
