Opis stanowiska

At Corporate Technology Center in Kraków we create innovative solutions, implemented in ABB products and systems. It is a unique opportunity for you to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity and innovation are valued. You will be part of Motion Digital R&D Team – team responsible for digitalization of traditional ABB equipment (for example electric motors and drives systems) with IoT sensors in order to provide health assessment of the given asset. You will be cooperating with multinational team located worldwide and helping with the electronic design aspects of R&D work.

Your responsibilities

Building Automation frameworks.
Signal Processing and Analysis of data for condition monitoring.
Load testing and performance evaluation of IoT systems
Programming uC, testing firmware.
Designing and setting up experiments.

Wymagania

Good knowledge of Software Systems and Signal Processing.
Programming skills in Python Scripting.
Good knowledge of uC programming (Embedded C, C++), preferable experience with STM32/Nordic/any ARM based microcontroller.
Good understanding of Operating Systems and Communication Protocols.
Preferable student of 3rd year.
Good English.
Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
Availability at least 20h/week.
Preference if familiar with Bluetooth technology.
Good understanding of Software IoT Systems is nice to have.
Programming in C/C++, UI development is nice to have.
