Opis stanowiska
• Develop and maintain effective sales strategy in Instrumentation Division in Poland in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope.
• Set, plan and ensure execution of sales strategy within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products and solutions in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. • Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
• Understand market requirements and customers need to drive accelerated development, systematically beating market growth.
• Organize the local team/functions and coordinate with global structures.
