Opis stanowiska

Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
Initiating and implementing Continual Service Improvement activities (monitoring/daily operations)
Cooperation with other internal and external teams and suppliers to ensure high quality service of the product.
Ability to work in a team, simultaneous independence while working on shifts and on duty.

Wymagania

IT support experience
Technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas (Network, Server/Storage, Windows, Linux, Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, monitoring tools (fe. SCOM, Icinga etc.)
Basic knowledge HTML, JavaScript, HTTP protocol, Linux commands
Process and Project Management knowledge (fe. ITIL, Agile) would be an advantage
Experience with EVIDIAN WAM tool would be an advantage
Very good English (written and spoken)
Team-working, stress-resistance, willingness to learn
