Opis stanowiska
In this role, you have the opportunity to
directly influence people’s perception and adoption of our Services transformation, as part of a Change Management / Business Transformation function within a global organisation.
You are responsible for
Help create change management and communication materials for global use. E.g. Change Impact Assessments, Case for Change and From-To’s in line with the Change Strategies
- Help guide local change management teams in deploying tools and processes
- Help ensure project managers get change management material to pass project stage gates
- Create and edit communication content such as presentations, infographics, and videos
- Actively contribute to our Yammer, SharePoint and TEAMS
- Arrange global webcasts and webinars
- Contribute with ideas for communication tactics and for how to influence people
- Join the Change Management community and practice and learn about the global Philips Change Management methodology and how to apply it in daily business
You are a part of
The Services and Solutions Delivery Transformation Office team is a diverse and driven team with members all around the world. You will support two Change Managers within the team who will provide you all the necessary support and guidance.
Wymagania
- Studying towards your Bachelor or Master in Change Management, Communication, Business, Psychology or related study;
- Basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- Ability to quickly pick up collaboration and sharing tools like Teams and SharePoint;
- Creativity, communication and storytelling skills;
- Being pro-active and flexible: comfortable with a change, able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Highly proficient in English with solid writing and content creation skills;
- Experience with video editing skills is a plus.
