Opis stanowiska

Our Global Supplier Quality team is currently looking for an intern to join them and support daily operational work. In this position you will work with our administrators to secure tasks related to our raw materials and vendors – checking certifications, responding to queries, creating new accounts, making some changes.In addition you will have a chance to join a great, energetic team and get some training on SAP and Sales force program which is frequently used in companies.

Wymagania

Task range:

Supporting our administrators and analysts in the operations team in the day to day activities;
Certification management – review renewal of certifications related to raw materials and packaging: GFSI, Halal, Kosher, Fair trade,…
Managing expired document certificate and declarations;
Logging of suppliers and packaging information into the Quality Documentation System'
Maintenance of statements;
Contacting internal stakeholders to complete pending actions.
