The role exists to support the Lead of Projects&Integration team in formalizing, executing, coordinating, and controlling the Bussiness Integration Program covering the transition of any business services to the GBS scope of activities.
In addition to that, you will also drive the execution of global strategic projects from the area of process transformation. You will be responsible for applying PMO methodology in defining deliverables, resource requirements, quality metrics and work plan(s) for the required projects in close collaboration with the individual project leads and team members.

Main areas of responsibilities:

• Tune up, formalize and document the program of Business Integration to GBS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• SAP integration (non-SAP entities and any entities that are to become part of GBS service portfolio)
• Process integration (as a result of #1 and in line with company strategy)
• Future (2022 and forward) transitions of services from bussines units to respective GBS locations

Shape and ensure appliance of PMO framework to all of the above initiatives to ensure proper handling of the following:

• Scope & objectives formulation;
• Identification of deliverables and critical success factors for their achievement;
• Detailed tasks and resources planning; and budgeting where applicable; 
• Roles and responsibilities definition and allocation;
• Change management activities planning; 
• Regular status reporting to Management team to ensure timely execution as per the scope and plans;
• Benefits identification with the proposed of mechanism for their subsequent realization tracking
• Alignment of key stakeholders

Lead independently any strategic project - as per business demand and prioritization.

• Projects can vary and touch areas of continuous improvement, process harmonization, technological transformation and more. Acumen in one of the core (largest) GBS Functions would be beneficial (top 3 in the order of impact: Finance, GSC, P&C). Be proactive in identifying and flagging risks, drive independent problem solving, and secure business continuity of ongoing initiatives.

Act as a coach and mentor to junior colleagues (project experts) and contribute to setting up a Functional Training Program targeting the area of Project Management and Agility

• Identify training and development needs and ensure a consistently high quality delivery of services.

• University degree (Accounting or Finance) and Project Management qualification.                                            
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing projects in a large multinational company in the area of transformation initiatives (systems, processes, business)                                      
• Strong command of the English Language                                            
• Experience in project and performance management including solid know how of project management frameworks and methodology 
• Possesses solid statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter, proactive and results-oriented
• Ability to lead and influence others to congruent goals with a proven track of independently managing the matrix environment of stakeholders
