Opis stanowiska
As a Global Vendor Representative you will be responsible for helping Vendor Service Desk Team in the front line communication and support for our suppliers and for quick resolution of invoice, payment and ordering queries received from external suppliers or internal clients:
- Writing e-mails to vendors based on e-mail templates
Wymagania
- Student status
- Have at least basic knowledge in Excel
- Very good English (written / oral)
- Good of German or French or Spanish
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Additional language will be an asset
- Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle processes and driving process improvements independently.
- Working hours at least 25-30 per week
