The first part of internship is for the individual to work as a support in the area of Product Lifecycle Management. The goal will be to learn how does a PLM platform operates, how does it integrate with ERP software and what are the conditions of a successful PLM roll-out within an organization. Work will be performed under the supervision of Divisional PLM Deployment Lead and main activities will focus on data analysis, clean-up and quality improvement.

The second part of the internship is for the individual to work as a support function in Order Execution Team. Learn how does a Team operate, have the opportunity to see what challenges the function brings and participate in Order-to-Cash process. Main goal here will be to offload Project Managers in their daily job. In this part of the assignment the person will participate in Order Execution activities and meetings and report to Order Execution and Tendering Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Clean-up of system data in PLM Windchill and SAP
• Analyze various data attributes and provide necessary corrections
• Support Project Managers in tasks follow-up with customers and suppliers
• Report to Managers
• Communicate with internal stakeholders
• Participate in daily meetings

Your background

• Technical education background - bachelor in technical studies or last year of bachelor technical studies. Preferred specialization: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production management. Any international faculty is appreciated.
• Advanced English language skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (primarily Excel), SAP, PTC Windchill - nice to have
• General analytical and engineering mindset.
• Communicativeness, open minded and willing to learn.
