Opis stanowiska

As a Performance Management Senior Specialist, you will be working in the Business Services (BS) organization, in the largest center located in Krakow.

Reporting to the Performance Management Manager, you will build, develop and control performance management framework within organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining comprehensive KPI controlling framework, build-up business model, financial governance, control and reporting structure which has a significant impact to the overall performance of Finance Operational Services
  • Designing and implementing effective ways of driving performance improvement within BS FAO through data analytics
  • Managing escalations coming from Business Area CFO Teams to understand Business requirements related to FAO services and inefficiencies in the processes
  • Representing BS in meetings with business representatives and being able to challenge incoming requests/escalations
  • Building effective cross hub networks to ensure best practices are shared, followed and implemented in daily operations
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis of the processes within FAO (globally) to provide value added feedback to stakeholders from the Business and conduct improvement initiatives of FAO services
  • Maintaining strong control of global initiatives implemented
  • Collaborating closely with Delivery Managers (across all Hubs) and Q&CI Team to drive process improvements and fact based performance management

Wymagania

Your background

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial role (operations/controlling/operational excellence) in multinational company
  • Very good understanding of P2P, O2C and R2R processes
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Business partnering and global stakeholder management skills (working closely with Global Process Owners)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build network within organization
  • Demonstrated independence in problem solving
  • Very good knowledge of business English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics or Economics
