You will be responsible for successfully developing and delivery of continuous improvement programs and projects in a specific security domain. Responsibilities within this role area are to lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Your responsibilities

• Provide professional and comprehensive end-to-end management of security projects.
• Define and deliver strategic information security transformation programs with associated technology roadmaps
• Identify gaps in security solutions and processes in your domain of responsibility, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Establish goals, define program, and project delivery strategy and objectives, assign project and staffing priorities
• Ensure that the transformation program addresses Business needs for protection and proactively identifying threats
• Facilitate awareness of security programs in the domain
• Setting up and facilitating regular meetings and other communication channels, helping team to define and prioritize actions required to deliver a feature and holding team members responsible for fulfilment of assigned actions.
• Factual and substantial communication with the team to achieve desired outcomes.
• Tracking and reporting financial performance metrics and build budget plans to manage expenses.
• Assessing risk and take necessary mitigation.

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
• Approx. 8 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the information security domain.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with strong customer service mindset.
• Strong time management skills and flexibility necessary to handle periodic bursts of increased workload.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural global environment.
• Project management certification like PMI, PMP, Agile - nice to have.
• Sense of ownership for the assigned project.
• Motivation to drive the project across internal and external boundaries.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, data analysis for requirements of the project work & deliverables.
• Fluent English.
