Opis stanowiska

Work as part of an international, agile team that collaborates to ensure the satisfaction of internal users spread across the company's global locations;
Operational product maintenance (2nd/3rd line support, cooperation with Service Desk, monitoring of infrastructure and logs, user documentation, internal reporting, ensuring availability of installation scripts, contact with vendors and suppliers, optimization of license consumption);
Change management, based on requirements from users and new features provided by the vendors;
Support the testing of new versions, new features and bug fixes for owned products;

Wymagania

Practical experience of handling user requests and the tools used to manage them (Remedy, Service Now, HPSM, etc.);
Understanding of ITIL in a modern organization, preferably with several years of experience in its application;
Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product backlog management/prioritization;
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently;
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally for interactive meetings within your own team and with key users;
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or any other language is very welcome;
University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
Knowledge of tools such as KeyShot, 3ds Max, FBX Review, VRED, HDR Light Studio, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Pixyz is an added advantage.
