Location: Kraków, Poland (hybrid with approx. 1 day/week in office)
Team: Business Process & Enablement – Electrification Service

Type: Paid Internship (part-time, min. 20 hours/week)

Join ABB’s Business Process & Enablement Team, where we manage global Electrification Service applications. As a Junior Implementation Support Intern, you’ll help bridge the gap between business and IT, gaining hands-on experience in application development, testing, and user support. You’ll collaborate with international business users and the IS application support team to enhance the Salesforce platform and related tools.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Support the development and implementation of Salesforce and correlated applications
Perform manual and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications; collaborate with developers to identify bugs and suggest improvements
Create training materials including videos, manuals, visual graphs and assist in user training sessions
Work closely with business users to address requests and issues and partner with the IS application support team to troubleshoot and resolve problems

Wymagania

Enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of studies in IT management, software testing, business, project management, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) - must
Familiar with basic software testing principles; prior testing experience is a plus
Passionate about IT, AI and eager to learn new technologies
Skilled in video editing and graphic design tools is desirable
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS languages is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage
